Drie units naast elkaar, 90-19, 90-20 en 90-21, vormen samen één werkvloer voor engineering, assemblage en het opbouwen en testen van complete installaties. Kortom: uw machine staat bij ons volledig opgebouwd en getest voordat hij de deur uit gaat.

Vrije hoogte 5,60 m	Ruimte om robotcellen, portalen en spuitautomaten in volledige hoogte op te bouwen en uit te testen.
Overheaddeuren 4,50 x 4,50 m	Complete installaties gaan in één geheel naar buiten, dus minder demonteren en sneller in bedrijf bij de klant.
Verdieping en parkeren	Kantoor en werkvoorbereiding boven, eigen parkeerplaatsen voor bezoek en transport.
Ligging Harselaar-West	Directe ontsluiting op de A1 en de A30.

Waarom Barneveld Harselaar-West ligt op steenworp afstand van de A1 en de A30, centraal in Nederland en met een korte lijn naar de aanvoerroutes in Europa. Net zo praktisch als Ede destijds was, alleen met twee keer zoveel werkvloer. En voor wie langskomt: parkeren kan voor de deur.

Begonnen met lucht, verder op stroom

Paint It sinds 2004 Opgericht in 2004, distributeur van Graco en met een eigen PFE-lijn. Als systeemintegrator bouwen wij installaties op maat voor lakken, coatings, lijmen, kitten, schuimen en polyurea. Met twaalf man zetten wij in op automatisering: Robotcellen voor lijmen, kitten en spuiten, inclusief programmering Meng- en doseersystemen voor 1K en 2K, van micro-dosering tot hoge flow Besturing en integratie: PLC, veldbus en koppeling met uw productielijn Service en onderhoud, met één aanspreekpunt tot en met de SAT

Graco bestaat honderd jaar Graco begon in 1926 met lucht: een luchtgedreven vetpistool in een garage in Minneapolis. Perslucht bleef daarna decennialang de motor van de fabriek. Inmiddels zetten wij productielijnen op die grotendeels of volledig elektrisch draaien. De nieuwe generatie elektrische pompen en doseersystemen werkt stiller, zuiniger en nauwkeuriger, met data over elke slag.

Three adjoining units, 90-19, 90-20 and 90-21, form a single floor for engineering, assembly and the build-up and testing of complete installations. In short: your machine is fully assembled and tested at our premises before it leaves the door.

Graco turns one hundred Graco started in 1926 with air: an air-powered grease gun in a garage in Minneapolis. For decades after that, compressed air remained the engine of the factory floor. Today we build production lines that run largely or entirely on electricity. The new generation of electric pumps and metering systems is quieter, more efficient and more accurate, with data on every single stroke.
